Cancellation Policy

Due to the demand for appointments at Weavers Square Family Practice we are requesting prepayment at the time of your booking. A charge of 100% applies for any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24hrs notice (excluding weekends).

The cancellation fee is only waived in exceptional circumstances.

When a patient does not attend their booked appointment, this DNA patient is taking the slot of another patient who could have attended. 

As a courtesy, we send text reminders the day before your scheduled appointment. Please understand it is the your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to prevent any missed appointments which will result in loss of payment.

If you cannot attend or no longer need an appointment, please let us know in advance. Your cooperation will help us improve our service to you.
